Herzschutz bei PAVK: Kein Sieg für Ticagrelor

Der Thrombozytenhemmer Ticagrelor ist in einer großen Vergleichsstudie angetreten, in puncto Herz- und Gefäßschutz bei Patienten mit peripherer arterieller Verschlusskrankheit (PAVK) seine Überlegenheit gegenüber Clopidogrel zu beweisen. Mehr als eine äquivalente Wirksamkeit kam aber nicht zum Vorschein.
