Statin-Unverträglichkeit – Studie bringt mehr Licht in die Sache

US-Forscher haben jetzt erstmals in einer Studie mittels verblindeter Statin- und Placebogabe objektiviert, wie reproduzierbar Muskelbeschwerden bei Statingabe eigentlich sind. Sie konnten zudem zeigen, dass der PCSK9-Hemmer Evolocumab bei „echter“ Intoleranz eine gut verträgliche Alternative ist.
