Bislang ist die intravenöse Thrombolyse die einzige evidenzbasierte Therapie in der Schlaganfall-Akutbehandlung. Nach mehreren frustranen Studien liegt nun erstmals eine Arbeit zur additiven intraarteriellen Behandlung mit positivem Effekt vor.
