Die Blutdruckzielwerte für Diabetiker wurden in jüngster Zeit wieder gelockert, eine strikte Blutdrucksenkung wird bei diesen Patienten nicht mehr als sinnvoll angesehen. Die Ergebnisse einer aktuellen Studie sprechen nun aber wieder für die starke Blutdrucksenkung.
