Aufgrund der steigenden Zahl von langzeitüberlebenden Krebspatienten rücken unter anderem Langzeittoxizitäten von Tumortherapien immer mehr in den Fokus. Häufig unterschätzt wird noch, wie sich die Krankheit und Therapie auf die Arbeit und Finanzsituation der Betroffenen auswirken. Weil finanzielle Sorgen die Lebensqualität deutlich beeinträchtigen, sollte der Themenkomplex frühzeitig angesprochen werden.
