Für Patienten mit multiplem Myelom (MM), die nicht für eine Stammzelltransplantation infrage kommen, ist die Kombination aus Melphalan/Prednison plus Thalidomid oder Bortezomib Standard. Nun wurde Lenalidomid plus Dexamethason in der Ersttherapie des MM untersucht.
