Als Zusatz zur First-Line-Chemotherapie erwiesen sich die EGFR-Antikörper Cetuximab und Panitumumab bei metastasiertem kolorektalem Karzinom (mCRC) und KRAS-Wildtyp (KRAS-WT) eindeutig als effektiv. Nun liegen auch die finalen Ergebnisse einer randomisierten Phase-III-Studie für die Second-Line-Therapie mit Panitumumab vor.
