Wurde bei Patienten mit akuter myeloischer Leukämie (AML) initial eine ­Komplettremission (CR) erreicht, kann mit einer allogenen Stammzelltransplantation (alloSCT) eine Heilung angestrebt werden. In einer EBMT-Studie wurde untersucht, ob bei einer Konditionierung mit reduzierter Intensität (RIC) vorher eine Konsolidierung erfolgen sollte.
