AML: Immunkomplex neu bewertet

Gemtuzumab-Ozogamicin war in den USA bereits zur Behandlung älterer Patienten mit akuter myeloischer Leukämie (AML) zugelassen, wurde 2010 aber wieder vom Markt genommen, weil in einer Studie eine erhöhte ­Mortalität unter dieser Substanz auftrat. In einer Metaanalyse wurden nun Risiko und ­Nutzen dieses Immunkomplexes neu bewertet.
