Morbus Crohn (MC) und Colitis ulcerosa (CU) gelten als Systemerkrankungen und sind nicht selten mit extraintestinalen Manifestationen verbunden, vor allem spielen das Hautorgan und hautnahe Schleimhäute eine besonders wichtige Rolle. Das Zusammentreffen beziehungsweise das gleichzeitige Auftreten verschiedener Erkrankungen stellt oft eine diagnostische und therapeutische Herausforderung dar.
