Frühe Lungentransplantation bei einem Jungen mit BPD

Über eine erfolgreiche Lungentransplantation (LTx) bei bronchopulmonaler Dysplasie (BPD) vor dem 5. Lebensjahr liegen bislang kaum Erfahrungsberichte vor. Im Folgenden wird der Fall eines 3-Jährigen beschrieben. Wie sich nach der LTx herausstellte litt der Patient an einer seltenen kongenitalen alveolären Dysplasie ohne Misalignement der Pulmonalvenen.
