Fast jedem Kinderarzt ist die bange Frage von Eltern kurz nach der Geburt vertraut: Wird unser zu früh geborenes Kind später behindert sein? Um die Vorhersage der längerfristigen neurologischen Entwicklung von Frühgeborenen zu verbessern, wurden in einer deutschen Studie nun zwei Verfahren miteinander kombiniert. Bringt uns das nun mehr Beratungssicherheit im Gespräch mit den Eltern?
