Ein 8-jähriger Junge leidet seit der Geburt an chronischer Nasenatmungsbehinderung, Otitis media und rezidivierenden obstruktiven Bronchitiden. Erst im Alter von 8 Jahren konnte trotz früher Verdachtsdiagnose und umfassenden Untersuchungen die Diagnose einer primären ciliären Dyskinesie gesichert werden.
