Im New England Journal of Medicine wurde der interessante Fall eines Säuglings vorgestellt, der unter erheblichem Blutverlust litt. Es galt, schnellstmöglich die Ursache herauszufinden. Dabei wurde auch ein Technetium- 99m-Pertechnetat-Scan des Abdomens eingesetzt.
