Arzneimittelallergien oder zumindest der Verdacht auf eine Unverträglichkeit gegen ein Arzneimittel sind in der kinderärztlichen Praxis sehr häufige Phänomene. Dieser Verdacht ist jedoch in der großen Mehrzahl der Fälle unberechtigt.
