Notwendige Diagnostik bei Immundermatosen im Kindesalter

Eine neu aufgetretene Dermatitis kann primäres klinischen Zeichen einer chronischen autoimmunologischen oder autoinflammatorischen Erkrankung im Kindesalter sein. Selten sind Immundermatosen bei Kindern für eine chronische Entzündungserkrankung spezifisch. In den meisten Fällen ist eine umfassende klinische, laborchemische und auch bildgebende Diagnostik notwendig.
