Chylothorax aufgrund von iatrogenen Verletzungen

Ein neun Monate altes Mädchen stirbt nach insgesamt 27-tägiger intensivmedizinischer Behandlung an den Folgen eines hypoxischen Hirnschadens. Die Obduktion erbrachte zusätzlich den Nachweis eines beidseitigen Chylothorax, der wahrscheinlich Folge einer traumatischen iatrogenen Ursache im Rahmen beidseitiger Zentralvenöser-Katheter-Anlagen war.
