Zur Beantwortung dieser Frage untersuchte ein italienisches Teams aus Neapel und Rom um Roberto B. Canani insgesamt 260 kuhmilchallergische Säuglinge. Insgesamt fünf verschiedene Formularnahrungen wurden miteinander verglichen. Es gab einen eindeutigen Gewinner.
