Die Jodversorgung Schwangerer ist nach Ansicht der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Endokrinologie noch immer nicht optimal. Kognitive Defizite der Kinder wurden jetzt als Folge eines leichten bis mäßigen Jodmangels der Mütter in einer aktuellen Studie beobachtet.
