Zusammenfassung
Nicht immer tritt bei einer Lyme-Borreliose das typische Erythema migrans auf und weist den Weg zur richtigen Diagnose. Doch auch wenn die Klinik nicht eindeutig ist, lässt sich die Spirochäteninfektion in der Regel gut behandeln.
