Altersabhängige Veränderungen der Hautanhangsgebilde

Kaum Einfluss auf den Lauf der Zeit

Die Hautanhangsgebilde unterliegen charakteristischen Veränderungen mit dem Alter, die von Krankheiten abgegrenzt werden müssen. Die Haare werden weniger dicht und verlieren ihre Pigmentierung. Die Talgdrüsen vermindern ihr Volumen und ihre Produktion, aber an einigen Stellen der lichtbelasteten Haut entstehen Talgdrüsenhyperplasien. Die Schweißdrüsen verändern sich morphologisch wenig, aber die Schweißsekretion in der Thermoregulation wird geringer. Die Nägel zeigen Veränderungen von Form, Farbe und Struktur; ihre Wachstumsgeschwindigkeit nimmt ab. Insgesamt gibt es leider wenige Möglichkeiten, die Altersveränderungen zu beeinflussen.
