2015 ist ein Jahr der Meilensteine in der Behandlung des metastasierten und nicht mehr resektablen Melanoms. Durch die Zulassung eines MEK-Inhibitors sowie zweier PD1-Immuncheckpointblocker stehen dem behandelnden Dermato-Onkologen zwei zusätzliche Substanzklassen zur Verfügung, deren Wirkweisen nicht unterschiedlicher sein könnten.
