Bullöses Pemphigoid

Autoimmunserologie und direkte Immunfluoreszenz sichern die Diagnose

Für das bullöse Pemphigoid sind starker Juckreiz sowie pralle Blasen, Erosionen und Krusten klinisch charakteristisch. Doch nicht immer tritt die Autoimmunerkrankung in typischer Form auf. Mit direkter Immunfluoreszenz und Autoimmunserologie lassen sich andere Dermatosen in der Regel ausschließen.
