In dermatologischen Praxen halten sich neben den eigentlichen Patienten auch zahlreiche Angehörige und Begleitpersonen auf, die eine Vielzahl von Begleiterkrankungen mitbringen. Somit muss auch dort jederzeit mit einem akuten lebensbedrohlichen Notfall gerechnet werden, der sofortiges kompetentes Handeln erfordert. Einige Hinweise und Ratschläge für den Umgang mit medizinischen Notfällen sollen im Folgenden gegeben werden.
