Zusammenfassung

Milz und Magen sind die Hauptorgane des Funktionskreises Mitte. Bereits im 12. Jahrhundert n. Chr. entstand die „Schule der Mitte“ und Li Gaos bis heute bedeutsames Buch „Pi Wel Lun“ über Erkrankungen von Milz und Magen. Traditionelle Vorstellungen zur Physiologie und Pathophysiologie des Magens, Ursachen und Symptomen von Verdauungsstörungen und Erkrankungen des Magens aus Sicht der TCM sowie entsprechende Disharmonien mit Hinweisen zu Diagnostik und Therapie ergänzen den Beitrag.

Summary

The spleen and the stomach are the most important organs of the Functional circle of the Middle. In the 12 th century AD developed the School of the Middle by Li Gao, a great Master in TCM. He has published the important book Pi Wei Lun in 1476. Traditional view about the physiology and pathophysiology of the stomach. The etiology and symptoms of digestive disorders and stomach diseases. Disharmonies of the stomach in TCM and the acupuncture treatments.
