Ansprechen auf HCV-Therapie durch Fettleber nicht geschmälert

Bei Patienten mit HIV-HCV-Koinfektion sind die neuen direkt antiviral wirksamen Medikamente (DAA) gegen HCV offenbar auch dann effektiv, wenn eine Fettleber vorliegt. Laut einem US-Team lag die virologische Ansprechrate drei Monate nach Ende der HCV-Therapie bei 95%.
