Zu den leitlinienempfohlenen Behandlungsmaßnahmen einer chronisch-stabilen Herzinsuffizienz gehören unbedingt regelmäßige Bewegung bzw. ein strukturiertes körperliches Training. Korrekt ausgeführt, lassen sich Belastbarkeit und Lebensqualität steigern. Einigen Daten zufolge kann sich dies zudem positiv auf die Ventrikelfunktion sowie Hospitalisierung oder Mortalität auswirken.
