Ein 85-jähriger, bisher rüstiger Mann kommt in die Notaufnahme. Er klagt über starke Müdigkeit, Appetitlosigkeit seit drei Tagen und darüber, dass er kaum Wasser lassen muss. Vor knapp zwei Wochen habe er einen grippeartigen Infekt mit Schnupfen, Husten, Hals-, Kopf- und Gliederschmerzen sowie Fieber bis 38,5 °C durchgemacht.
