Misdiagnosis of refractory hand and foot eczema in patient with crusted scabies under iatrogenic immunosuppression

Ein 50-jähriger, immunkompetenter Patient stellt sich zur stationären Aufnahme aufgrund eines ambulant therapierefraktären und progredienten Hand- und Fußekzems vor. Er gibt an, vor einem Jahr nach einer Impfung gegen Hepatitis A und B ausgeprägte Hautveränderungen an den Händen entwickelt zu haben. Der Hautarzt habe ihn topisch und oral auf Skabies behandelt. Darunter sei es zu einer Verschlechterung des Hautbefunds gekommen.
