Ein 34-jähriger Familienvater stellt sich mit seit drei Tagen bestehenden abdominellen Krämpfen und unblutigen Durchfällen vor. Der Beginn sei schlagartig gewesen. Der Patient ist dem Hausarzt wegen eines Morbus Crohn bekannt. Die letzte Vorstellung liegt über sechs Monate zurück.
