Eine 40-jährige Patientin stellt sich in der hausärztlichen Sprechstunde vor. Mit besorgter Miene berichtet sie über seit sechs Monaten anhaltende allgemeine Schwäche und Schweißausbrüche. Die Symptomatik hätte sich in den letzten Tagen verstärkt. Sie habe große Angst, an einer schweren Erkrankung zu leiden.
