Ein 70-jähriger Patient stellt sich mit progredientem Schwankschwindel und Fallneigung vor. Die Symptomatik bestehe seit einer Kniegelenksoperation, bei der eine intravenöse Therapie mit Aminoglykosiden erfolgt sei. Die Symptomatik verstärke sich bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen und auf unebenem Grund.
