Eine 61-jährige Patientin stellt sich vor und berichtet, dass sich seit etwa sechs Wochen der Zeigefinger ihrer linken Hand zunehmend grünlich-gräulich verfärbt. Schmerzen bestünden zwar nicht, aber die psychische Belastung sei groß. Ihre Hände könne sie nicht mehr in der Öffentlichkeit zeigen.
