In der Sprechstunde stellt sich eine 55-jährige Patientin vor. Im Erstkontakt fällt sofort auf, dass die Patientin eine deutliche Lippenzyanose hat und schnell atmet. Aufgrund der Atemnot kann sie kaum noch sprechen.
