Ein 59-jähriger alleinstehender Mann stellt sich bei seiner Hausärztin vor, da er seit einigen Monaten nachts wiederholt mit Luftnot aufwacht. Er habe dann ein Kloßgefühl im Hals und Herzrasen. Auch sei ihm aufgefallen, dass er nachts stark schwitze und drei- bis fünfmal pro Nacht auf die Toilette gehen müsse.
