Zu den Non-Hodgkin-Lymphomen (NHL) gehören das indolente follikuläre Lymphom, das aggressive diffuse großzellige B-Zell-Lymphom (DLBCL) und das seltene, aber sehr aggressive Burkitt-Lymphom. Therapeutische Fortschritte der letzten Jahre — insbesondere die Einführung von Rituximab — haben die Aussichten für die Betroffenen deutlich verbessert. Manche können sogar eine nahezu normale Lebenszeit erwarten.
