Eine Appendizitis sicher zu diagnostizieren, ist auch heute noch schwierig. Manchmal kommt es bei Patienten mit Bauchschmerzen z. B. zu einer spontanen Besserung der Beschwerden — doch von diesem „faulen Frieden“ sollten Sie sich nicht in die Irre führen lassen!
