Menschen mit HIV-Infektion sind besonders gefährdet, sich eine Infektionskrankheit zuzuziehen. Ihr Impfschutz sollte deshalb stets umfassend und aktuell sein. Für den Arzt heißt es Aufpassen, da er zum Teil deutlich von den gewohnten STIKO-Empfehlungen abweichen muss.
