Biologika gewinnen derzeit bei schwerem Asthma an Bedeutung. Das hat bereits Niederschlag in der Aktualisierung der GINA-Leitlinien gefunden. Allerdings etabliert sich diese neue Therapieoption nur zögerlich. Ein neues Register soll die Kollegen nun bei der Indikationsstellung und dem Behandlungsmanagement unterstützen.
