Krieg, Folter, lebensgefährliche Flucht — diese Erlebnisse sind psychisch sehr belastend. Viele Flüchtlinge klagen aber oft nur über somatische Beschwerden, z. B. chronische Schmerzen. Steckt eine psychische Erkrankung dahinter, können Analgetika allein jedoch nicht helfen.
