Bei allen juckenden Hautveränderungen sollte Krätze differenzialdiagnostisch in Erwägung gezogen werden. Neben der Klinik helfen gezielte Frage bei der Diagnosestellung. Seit 2016 steht auch ein systemischer Wirkstoff als Therapiebaustein zur Verfügung.
