Ein 89-jähriger Mann stellt sich mit ausgedehntem Gesichtstumor vor. Er sei über zwei bis vier Jahre langsam gewachsen. In letzter Zeit empfand der allein lebende Patient die Neoplasie als zunehmend unangenehm.
