Bei einer 86-jährigen Patientin wurde nach dislozierter Schambeinast- und instabiler Beckenringfaktur eine Osteosynthese mit vertebro-pelviner Stabilisierung mittels Schrauben-Stab-System durchgeführt. In der postoperativen Röntgen-Thorax-Aufnahme zeigten sich neue, röntgendichte, gefäßartige Strukturen beidseits hilär sowie im rechten Lungenoberlappen.
