Harninkontinenz — häufig nur als Problem der Frau wahrgenommen — betrifft auch eine relevante Anzahl von Männern. Bei der Belastungsinkontinenz, einer gefürchteten Komplikation urologischer Operationen, ist das Beckenbodentraining von zentraler Bedeutung. Wenn dies auf Dauer nichts hilft, sollten Sie über die vielfältigen Therapiealternativen aufklären können.
