2015 kam ein 24-jähriger, nahezu beschwerdefreier und sportlich aktiver junger Mann in die Hausarztpraxis, um eine ca. erbsgroße, tastbare, verschiebliche Resistenz im Nabelbereich abklären zu lassen. In der Ultraschalluntersuchung zeigte sich ein völlig unerwarteter Befund.
