Rückenschmerzen sind das alltägliche Brot des Hausarztes. Meist findet sich keine eindeutige Ursache. Und für vieles von dem, was diagnostisch und therapeutisch gemacht wird, gibt es kaum Evidenz. Notwendig ist ein multimodales Vorgehen, wobei die Aktivierung des Patienten im Mittelpunkt steht.
