Ein 45-jähriger Mann stellt sich wegen erstmals aufgetretenen Kopf- und Nackenschmerzen in der Allgemeinarztpraxis vor. Die Schmerzen hätten morgens akut im Büro eingesetzt. Sie seien so stark gewesen, dass er ganz benommen war. Nach zwei Tabletten Ibuprofen 400 mg seien die Schmerzen inzwischen deutlich leichter, aber noch immer störend.
