Im kassenärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst stellt sich am späten Nachmittag ein 16-jähriger Junge mit seinem Vater vor. Der Patient berichtet, dass er in den frühen Morgenstunden aufgrund plötzlicher Schmerzen im rechten Hoden aufgewacht ist. Die Beschwerden besserten sich nach der Einnahme von NSAR kaum. Aus Schamgefühl informierte er seinen Vater erst am Nachmittag darüber.
