Die 16-jährige Charlotte stellt sich mit seit fünf Tagen bestehendem Brennen beim Wasserlassen in der Nothilfe vor. Seit zwei Tagen klagt sie zusätzlich über rechtsseitige Flankenschmerzen. Die rechte Flanke ist zudem deutlich druckempfindlich. Eine vom Hausarzt vor zwei Tagen verordnete antibiotische Therapie mit Cefuroxim 500 mg zweimal täglich hat bisher zu keiner Verbesserung der Beschwerden geführt.
