An einem Sommerabend stellt sich ein 28-jähriger Patient aufgrund stärkster kolikartiger linksseitiger „Bauchschmerzen“ in Ihrer Praxis vor. Trotz 2.400 mg Ibuprofen und 1.000 mg Paracetamol war die Schmerzsymptomatik im Laufe des Nachmittags rasch progredient. In der Praxis kommt es zu schwallartigem Erbrechen.
